Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW (Full-time)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking for a full-time (30-40/hr wk) opportunity. This position requires 4 years of previous experience preferably in a long term care facility and enrolled as Medicare Provider with NPI.

Unit Manager -RN (Full-Time)
We are seeking a Unit Manager to work in our Skilled Nursing Unit (54 beds). This position will manage charge nurses and general day to day unit supervision and therefore requires supervisory experience, and experience supervising medication administration.

Housekeeping/Porter (Full-Time)
Housekeeping/Porter full-time position is available. The hours are 7:00am-3:30pm and require working every other weekend.

CNA's (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Certified Nursing Aide positions are available on ALL shifts: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Requires CNA certification with one year of geriatric experience desired.  Staff who are dually certified CNA/Certified Medicine Aide are encouraged to apply.

Rehabilitation Technician (Full-Time)
Rehab Technician who desires a full-time position, in a temporary to permanent opportunity. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, experience using Microsoft office products and the ability to positively interact with staff, residents, family members.

Physical Therapist (Per Diem)
Licensed Physical Therapist (FT) who desires a full-time position working 30 hours a week (occasional Saturdays), for 10 weeks, in a temporary to permanent opportunity. Must be licensed in NJ, experience working with a geriatric population is a plus.

Security Guard (Full-Time)
We are seeking a full-time Security Guard to work Monday through Friday 12:00am-8:00am. Security Guard experience preferred.

Receptionist (On Call)
On call receptionist position available. This position requires some clerical office experience along with great interpersonal skills.

RN (Per Diem) or LPN (Per Diem)
Requires a NJ license and 3 years of experience working with a geriatric population in a hospital, long-term care or assisted living facility. RN position requires experience in supervising LPN's and CNA's; LPN's need supervisory experience with CNA's.
